CONSULTATION
You'll then receive a quick friendly 1-2-1 consultation with me over the phone. We'll discuss your goals, exercise preferences and circumstances. You can then decide which package would suit your needs best.
START TRAINING
After you have chosen a package, you will be invited to download the app and I will create your bespoke training plan. You can then start training at your convenience. I'll be on hand to offer support and advice at any time.

FORM ANALYSIS
Form matters, but other online trainers often offer no way to help their clients improve on their technique. Exercising with good form will help keep you injury-free and will hugely boost your progress. That is why I offer form analysis. You can send me videos showing your technique and I will analyse it, giving you feedback on how to improve.
