HOW DOES THIS PROGRAMME WORK?

Once you purchase the 12-Week Body Transformation Challenge, I will contact you with a link to download the app. After you have signed up to the app, you will then be given access to the 12-Week Challenge. You can choose to start the programme whenever you like, but I recommend always starting on a Monday. The app will then notify you each day you have a workout to complete and you simply follow the workout on your phone. It's a bit like having your own personal trainer in your pocket! 

CAN ANYONE DO THIS CHALLENGE?

Yes! Absolutely anyone can do this challenge. It is designed carefully so that it can be adjusted to make workouts easier or harder depending on your ability and experience. The weekly challenge ensures that you are pushing your boundaries and improving each week.   

WHAT KIND OF WORKOUTS ARE IN THIS PROGRAMME?

The Programme uses a mixture of High Intensity Interval Training and Resistance/Weight training. It is designed to develop every aspect of your physical fitness and completely transform the way you look and feel.   

WHAT DO I NEED TO DO THIS CHALLENGE?

All you will need is a smartphone, a gym membership and the determination to succeed. I also offer a 12-Week Home workout plan for those who do not have a gym membership. See my Plans & Pricing page for details. 

DO YOU OFFER NUTRITIONAL GUIDANCE?

Yes, I will generate your specific daily calories and macronutrients. These will be assigned to you in the app. You can then scan food items, or add them manually. Your calories and macros will be automatically updated, letting you know how much you have left to eat each day.

HOW WILL I KNOW IF I AM PERFORMING THE EXERCISES CORRECTLY?

Every exercise is accompanied by a video tutorial and/or a detailed text description of how to perform the movement.
